Allergy Friendly and Sugar Free
If you only need a partial modification, such as a vegan peanut butter cookie, then just give us a call. It is $2-3 more per dozen of fully allergy friendly cookies due to the cost of the ingredients. Just vegan (dairy and egg-free) or just gluten free will run about $1 more.
Finally, if you greatly desire to have nuts, just ask. It's not standard on my menu, but I will use another kitchen to make it just for you! Walnuts, pecans, macadamia... just tell me! The White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie with Dried Cranberries is to die for!
Allergy Friendly
We are able to make nearly all cookies fully or partially allergy friendly! We use plant-based butters and creams, a variety of gluten free flours, and oils that are soy-free.
Please contact me directly to discuss what allergies are a concern for your cookie eating audience.
If you only need a partial modification to a recipe, such as a vegan (dairy and egg-free) peanut butter cookie or a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie, this will only add $1.00 extra per dozen.
Very few of our recipes contain nuts. If you specifically want nuts in a recipe, please call us.
Sugar Free
Most items on the menu can be made fully or mostly sugar free.
Let us know if you have a preference for Stevia, Swerve, Allulose, Date Sugar, etc... each brings something different in terms of taste and how natural its processing is. Some people can really taste the difference.
Please note that sugar free cookies may have some minor textural differences from the standard cookies.
Call us for questions! We can recommend options for you.
If you want a reduced sugar cookie, we can make fruited cookies with Allulose or Stevia, and the only source of sugar is from the fruit. Great way to stick to a healthy diet.
A new modification is low-octane cookies where the recipe uses half sugar and half sugar-substitute... the results are amazing! Let us know if you want that for your order.
